Louisville Waterfront Fourth

Details: Celebrate Independence Day with us on Friday, July 4, 2026, for an evening of fun, music, and fireworks on the Big Four Lawn

This free event on the TurfMutt Great Lawn features a full evening of family-friendly activities, local food and beverage, and a dynamic lineup of live performances curated by the Kentucky Performing Arts and produced by Jou Jou Presents. From gospel and Appalachian traditions to Latin fusion, Americana, and soul, the evening showcases the sounds that continue to shape American music.

Guests can explore interactive experiences and enjoy a wide variety of food and drink offerings, including Brown-Forman bars.

The night concludes at 10:00 PM with Louisville’s A250 Fireworks Show, an expanded display over the Ohio River celebrating the spirit, creativity, and community that define our region.

Crescent Hill 4th of July Festival

Celebrate America’s 250th birthday at one of Louisville’s most beloved traditions, the Crescent Hill 4th of July Festival on Saturday, July 4, 2026, from 10 AM–10 PM on the grounds of the historic Peterson Dumesnil House, 301 South Peterson Avenue.
This free, family-friendly event features a full day of activities and entertainment, including an art fair, food trucks, craft beer, live music, a cake wheel, raffle and silent auction, pet contest, cake baking contest, magician, children’s inflatable Fun Zone—plus much more!
Musical acts this year include: Gary Falk and the Falklanders with their Dixieland jazz; the Allen Lane Band for an afternoon of honky tonk; and Stonewheel to help us rock out for this most epic birthday party.
The celebration culminates with the national anthem and fireworks at 10 PM, honoring 250 years of American independence.

4th of July Parade and Celebration of Freedom in Downtown Jeffersonville

Downtown Jeffersonville, IN

Details: Jeffersonville’s 4th of July Parade is called Jeffersonville Celebrates Freedom — it’s on Saturday, July 4th, 2026 at 10am.  It will be in the 200-500 blocks of Spring Street in Historic Downtown Jeffersonville. Join us in Warder Park after the parade for face painting, balloon-making, hot dogs, and the National Anthem. In honor of America’s 250th Birthday, the Clark County Museum is helping coordinate a reading of the Declaration of Independence by 76 members of the community, and people can add their own signature to a jumbo-sized Declaration!  So be sure to attend the celebration after the parade in Warder Park!

Middletown’s July 5th celebration

The City of Middletown will be hosting a community event on Sunday, July 5, with live music, food, family activities, and a drone show to end the evening.

This year’s event will feature a drone show instead of fireworks. Since the event is on a Sunday night, the City wanted to be mindful of residents who will be heading back to work on Monday.

Thunder in the Hills is back — and bigger than ever! Mark your calendars for our BIGGEST event in the park as we celebrate America’s 250th birthday with an unforgettable evening of music, food, and fireworks!

We’re excited to welcome back one of our favorite bands, Caribou, performing live in the gazebo and playing all your favorite hits. Come hungry because we’ll have 12 amazing food trucks serving up delicious treats and festival favorites all evening long.

Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, family, and friends to enjoy dinner in the park before an incredible fireworks show lights up the night sky!
